Rental Conditions
• You must be at least 21 years of age
• You must present a valid driving license issued at least two year previously
• You must present proof of your identity (passport)
• You must present a valid credit card

Rental Duration
• A minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours)
• Pick Up & Drop off time must be the same. We tolerate 30 minutes late Drop Off. After 30 minutes, we automatically charge a new rental day.

Payment & Deposit
Credit Card deposit at the rental start is mandatory.
Rental charges are payable by credit card (Visa, Diners, Master Card, AMEX).
Companies could pay also direct to our bank account.

Delivery and Collection
Outside station (hotel, home address, company address) within city limits is free of charge.
Delivery and Collection outside opening hours is possible for an extra charge.
• Domestic One Way rental is allowed for an extra charge. Reservation is mandatory.
• International One Way rental is allowed for an extra charge. Reservation is mandatory.
• At the pick-up and drop-off time, you have to sign the vehicle condition form. We advise to check well.

Insurance and Waivers

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
limitation of liability: This limitation of liability shall apply to damage to the rental vehicle, it's parts and accessories caused in a road/traffic accident. CDW limits Renter/Driver financial responsibility to the Excess Amount stated on the Rental Agreement.

CDW Does not cover any damage to the interior of the rental vehicle, tyre and wheel damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, broken or lost keys or contamination of fuel, neither in event of deliberate intention or negligence. Any damages to these vehicle parts will be charged to Renters/drivers CC, regardless of fault, in full cost per official dealership price list at check in time.

Upon return of vehicle, condition shall be checked by BOKA CAR representative together with renter/Driver and compared with the condition at rental start as stated on the "Vehicle Condition Form". All possible changes shall be entered into the form and confirmed by both parties signatures. When failing to sign the "Vehicle Condition Form" and filling out the "Damage report" renter/driver accepts official dealership estimates on disputed damages.

TP (Theft Protection)
This limitation shall apply in the case of loss of the rental vehicle it's parts and accessories (including tyres, stereo equipment etc.) as a result of theft or attempted theft. TP limits Renter/Driver financial responsibility to the Excess Amount stated on the rental Agreement. TP is not valid if the vehicle is left unlocked or the keys are left unattended with the vehicle.

LDW (Loss Damage Waiver)
By accepting LDW/SCDW Renter Driver financial responsibility for accidental damage to the vehicle, it's parts and accessories, theft or attempted theft is reduced to zero.

LDW/SCDW does not cover any damage to the interior of the rental vehicle, tyre and wheel damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, broken or lost keys or contamination of fuel, neither in event of deliberate intention or negligence. Any damages to these vehicle parts will be charged to Renters/drivers CC, regardless of fault, in full cost per official dealership price list at check in time.

Baggage insurance does not exist. Any liability on the part of BOKA CAR for loss or damage to items placed or left in the rental vehicle shall be excluded to them extent permitted by law.

Police report is mandatory for each damage.
Without the report, the Full Amount of damage will be charged to the client!

Conduct after accident, damage, loss and theft.

In case of such event Renter/Driver must do the following:
• Immediately inform the police and BOKA CAR, follow their instruction and take down all the details of any other parties involved.
• Complete an accident/damage report upon return of vehicle
• Upon the return of rental vehicle write down a brief statement explaining the course of events.

Restrictions and Unauthorized Use of the Vehicle

It is forbidden to drive a car under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
In this cases, damage, theft or loss is not covered by any insurance and the full amount of damage, theft or loss, will be charge to client.
Only the person or persons (maximum 2 additional drivers authorized by BOKA CAR at rental start) can drive the rented vehicle.
In case when unauthorized person was driving a car, damage, theft or loss is not covered by any insurance and the full amount of damage, theft or loss will be charge to client.
